Pascale - Founder of The Second Bloom

Pascale, founder of The Second Bloom

I’m Pascale, founder of The Second Bloom.

For years, I experienced perimenopausal symptoms without truly understanding what was happening to me. Persistent fatigue, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, sleep disturbances, chronic stress, loss of energy… and that difficult-to-describe feeling of no longer being completely myself.

Like many women, I kept moving forward, simply trying to “push through,” without connecting all these symptoms together. We still talk far too little about this transitional phase, despite how profoundly it can affect not only the body, but also emotional, mental, and nervous system balance.

Then one day, everything started to make sense.

I realized that perimenopause is not just about hormones. It is a whole-body transition that can impact energy levels, sleep, concentration, mood, self-confidence, and even a woman’s sense of identity. But I also discovered that it is possible to regain balance, feel aligned again, experience greater calm, and restore vitality.

This personal journey led me to deepen my knowledge and train in the most recent and integrative approaches to perimenopause and women’s health. Drawing on more than 23 years of experience in the healthcare field, I founded The Second Bloom with a strong conviction: no woman should have to go through this stage alone, confused, or exhausted.

The Second Bloom offers a compassionate, progressive, and personalized approach that considers the whole woman: her body, nervous system, lifestyle, emotions, and daily rhythms. My goal is to help every woman better understand what she is experiencing, regain practical reference points, and move forward with greater confidence and peace of mind.

Because perimenopause is not an ending.

It is often the beginning of a new chapter—one that is more conscious, more aligned, and more liberating.

If this resonates with you, I welcome you with kindness for an initial, no-obligation conversation to explore what you are currently experiencing.
